Checks
Payment by check is preferred. We will start processing the order once we receive your firm order. You will be contacted to confirm details of your order. We will then start to process the order, but it will not be shipped from our US facility until receipt of funds is confirmed. In case of larger orders, we may require a deposit upfront before processing your order. Send your check along with a copy of the web order form to:

Florida Sales Tax
ArtAfricana is located in the state of Florida. If a valid Florida Resale Tax ID number is not provided on order form, the 6% Florida Sales Tax will be charged on any orders from Florida residents.

Limitation of Liability:
The foregoing states buyer's exclusive remedies in connection with the performance of products sold; Seller makes no other warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to the products sold hereunder. Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on said products. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the use of the products purchased. Seller shall not be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits resulting from the use of any products purchased. In no event will seller's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price of the products.

This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. All goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer as described in the warranty or licensing agreement for each product. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser.
